H1 offers answering and switchboard services to suit most companies and organisations, where the best possible service and attitude are important parameters. Our solutions are trouble-free, flexible and cost-effective.
We take care of your customers
Do you always want to be reachable? We have solutions that give your customers a guaranteed and pleasant response, whatever the time of day or night. Just tell us what on-board phrase you want us to use and how you would like your conversations to be conducted. Would you like text message or email notification with information about who has tried to get in touch with you? Or do you want assistance with all your incoming calls, with a full switchboard function? We provide services in Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Danish, English and Russian.
Using our packaging model, all you have to do is to select a basic package structured around the hours you require our services. This package is then supplemented with any or all of our optional services to provide the best customised solution and the best assistance level.
Basic packages:
- Office (weekdays 08–17)
- Office Plus (weekdays 07–23)
- Office 24-7 (round the clock)
All the basic packages include the following:
– Response with your company’s specific on-board message.
– We direct calls to the right person/function/department.
– If the person/function/department being sought is not available, we tell the caller when to phone back.
– We accept messages to be delivered to you via text message and/or email.
– We provide information about opening hours, email addresses, products/services and so on as per your wishes.
– Calls are handled in Swedish and English.
– Access to our Web interface for easy handling and management of absence messages.
